Fruit Compote
is also on the menu this week. This is an excellent source of iron
(prunes, raisins + apricots) and tastes great in plain FAGE yogurt or
as a sweetener in a bowl of oatmeal or cream of wheat.
Sesame Chicken Stir Fry:
A KIDS favorite. This is a great finger food for toddlers and has all
the vegetables and protein a child needs in one meal. We love this in
our house.
